Hoisting winches: TITAN-product family
* Titan winches are hydraulic drum winches with a lifting capacity of between 12.5 and 55 kN, depending on the model. A larger drum is also available for the Titan TI 4 model, which can hold a maximum of 120 meters of wire rope. Titan winches are also available with MCD load sensing system.
Pulling winches: TARVOS- and TREIBMATIC-product families
* Tarvos winches are hydraulic drum winches designed specifically for heavy vehicle use. Their pulling force varies between 70 and 250 kN depending on the model.
Tarvos winches are available with either a smaller or larger drum and they are available as floor standing or side mounted winch, or as a twin winch aggregate.
* Treibmatic winches operate on the capstan principle delivering constant pulling force per layer of rope (the pulling force remains the same along the entire length of the cable).
Unique Treibmatic winches are used in very demanding applications, for example in towing or recovery versions of military vehicles. The pulling force of the Treibmatic winch varies between 50 and 500 kN depending on the model. The modular range of ROTZLER TREIBMATIC winch systems flexibly adapts to the vehicle environment.
